We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ayzaan Label. If you need to make a return, please review the policy below.

📅 5-Day Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused.
• Tags and Packaging: It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Acceptance: If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

🛑 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ayzaanlabel@gmail.com
 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Customization: Clothing that has been altered at the customer’s request (e.g., custom tailoring) or damaged after purchase may be non-returnable.
• Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

⚡ Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

💰 Refunds

1. Inspection: We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
2. Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Processing Time: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (this varies by institution).
