We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning it must be unworn or unused.
- Tags and Packaging: It must have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

🛑 Damages and Issues

🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Customization: Clothing that has been altered at the customer’s request (e.g., custom tailoring) or damaged after purchase may be non-returnable.
- Final Sale: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get the item you want is to follow the return process: return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
💰 Refunds
- Inspection: We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund (this varies by institution).
